4. You must put the work on the market.
5. You must keep the work on the market until it is sold.

It’s going to rain. There’s been thunder and lightning for maybe an hour now and the thunder sounds awesome. It’s not shaking the windows in their musty, old frames yet … oops, spoke too soon. :)
